Brushless motors update

Rev 2 of the motor control boards arrived, and this one actually works. This is a slightly more complicated solution that will require a micro controller to manage, but the advantages of that will eventually be a more streamlined interface. The downside is I'll have to get back into my coding skills I've mostly avoided for years. Fully operational dual prototypes are now within sight.
